Dr. Duarte is invited to participate in a panel on "Nuclear Research in Times of Pandemic from the Prism of the Woman Universe". The event is part of the virtual festival promoted by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to celebrate its 100th anniversary. The panel is composed of the UFRJ alumni,
- Dr. Anna Leticia B. de Souza, senior researcher at the Brazilian Nuclear Energy Nacional Commission (CNEN)
- Alice Cunha, Latin America Key Account Engineer and Brazil Office Manager at Westinghouse
- Many Riberio S. Gomes, Ph.D. candidate in Nuclear Engineering at the UFRJ
- Prof. Juliana P. Duarte, Assistant Professor at Virginia Tech
- Dr. Luciana Carvalheira, Researcher at the Nuclear Engineering Institute (IEN)
- Prof. Inaya Lima, Associate Professor at the UFRJ (panel moderator).
