Prof. Yang Liu and one of his graduate student, Dewei Wang, and their collaborators from the University of Michigan received a best paper award at the 12th International Topical Meeting on Nuclear Reactor Thermal-Hydraulics, Operation and Safety (NUTHOS-12) in Qingdao, China, October 14-18, 2018. The title of the paper is “Liquid-phase Turbulence Measurements in Air-water Two-phase Flows Using Particle Image Velocimetry," and authored by Shanbin Shi, Yalan Qian, Dewei Wang, Yang Liu, Xiaodong Sun.
