The Webinar Series on Nuclear Energy
The nuclear engineering program at Virginia Tech is initiating a webinar series dedicated to the development of the nuclear energy technology, science and policy in order to promote this clean, safe, reliable, and sustainable source of energy. The goal is also to promote the research and deployment of this technology through seminars, following discussion, and new idea by gathering as many people as possible in the US (including people from DOE, NRC, National laboratories, universities, and companies), and also around the world. This webinar will reach different countries in North and South America, Europe, and also in Asia. The seminar will last one hour, including 30 min for the presentation and 30 min for the follow-up discussion. We will use zoom as a platform to conduct the webinar.
